As part of the Victorian Government’s $1.7 billion Economic Survival Package to support business and employees, a Business Support Fund was established to provide $10,000 grants to eligible small businesses.
To be eligible, business must meet the following requirements:
The grant’s primary focus to keep businesses open and employing people, therefore, the grant can be spent at your discretion with this objective in mind.
Applications can be made here. Applicants must certify in writing that they meet the eligibility criteria, as well as provide their most recent Business Activity Statement. For businesses that have not yet been forced to close, supporting evidence (such as financial reports) showing they have been significantly impacted by the Non-Essential Activity Directions is encouraged.
