Cassandra Martin is a Wealth Manager at Ashfords and a senior leader within the firm’s Wealth division.

Cassandra is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring advice delivery is consistent, compliant and aligned with client expectations. Her role spans client engagement, operational management and team development, with a clear focus on maintaining a high standard of service across every interaction.

She is recognised for the strength of the relationships she builds, leading with authenticity and steady judgement. She places strong emphasis on understanding each client’s circumstances and supporting advisers to deliver thoughtful, well-considered outcomes. Her leadership reflects a genuine commitment to helping both clients and colleagues progress with clarity and assurance.

Away from the office, Cassandra enjoys camping, spending time with her two boys and long walks with her dog.
