Nick Kyriazis is the Audit Director within Ashfords Audit and Assurance divison.

He approaches audit engagements with a pragmatic and personable style, working closely with clients while maintaining a clear view of the broader commercial context. His focus extends beyond compliance, ensuring each engagement delivers meaningful insight alongside technical accuracy.
Ryan’s experience spans not-for-profit organisations, private groups and publicly listed companies across a range of industries. He is recognised for his reliability and steady approach, helping the audit process progress efficiently while maintaining rigorous standards. Clients value his forward-thinking perspective and his attention to developments in financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
Ryan is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a Registered Company Auditor and Registered SMSF Auditor. He is also a Legal Trust Account External Examiner and a Registered Organisation Registered Auditor. He serves as President of the CA ANZ Contemporary Accounting Problems Discussion Group and is a member of the Not-for-Profit Discussion Group.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, follows the Essendon Football Club and participates in charity cycling events supporting mental health initiatives.
