Current Opportunities

Earlier this year, I left Ashfords to go to my 'dream firm'. After walking through the door, it was quite different, and my experience showed me that there isn't a price you can put on a workplace that sees your value. To that end, I decided to come 'home' to Ashfords for three key reasons:

1. Opportunity: Ashfords is a large firm that is still growing. So there will always be room for personal growth and someone encouraging me to take on the next challenge.

2. Flexibility: Although COVID-19 has forced many of us to adapt to working from home more regularly, flexibility is also being able to be home when the plumber drops around or start early, so you can hit the gym later. For me, the travel involved with working at a city firm didn't provide that flexibility.

3. Family: The friends and relationships I have at Ashfords are invaluable. Employees care about one another and are cheering each other on. When you spend 40 hours a week with people, it's important to feel like they are raising you up and not pulling you down.
